Cooking Need Help With Cooking Defense Recipe

I know this is a lot to ask, but my friends and I have been trying to beat the Eldritch Outlook dungeon and can't manage it, with our main damage dying too quickly and leaving behind two mages who don't do too much damage to deal with the Eye. Of course this won't help with the -90% attack, but I'm wondering if anybody has any Cooking recipes to make my friend less squishy?
The problem is, I'm only Cooking level 64, which means I am in need of a recipe with level 64 or lower ingredients. I hope you guys might be able to help me with that?
