Assassin/Ninja Help Need help with bonus attack speed build

I made a build with +5 tier attack speed so I can use Pyroclast without making a super slow build.
I am not allowed to post the link yet because this is my first thread, but I want to use

Centipede
Tisaun's Valor
Heat Sink
Burnout
Breezehands
Old Keeper's Ring (for Greed)
Double Vision (for fun)
Contrast
Pyroclast e5e5f5 or Salticidae e5e5 depending on the situation

The only issue right now is the skill points.
I am relatively new to making specific builds and I don't really want to have to use skill potions every time I go into battle.

How do I get enough skill points to make this build feasible in single player PvE?

 

potions, consumeables, dont boost sps for requirements. if say a item requires 60 str, your on 50 str and you use a scroll that boosts your str by 20, you still wont meet requriements, you just get the effect of extra str(increased damage)

That build is perfectly usable, you just need skill point tomes. You can acquire tomes by doing raids.

this is his build
i recommend swapping the leggings out for something with attack speed, so you have super fast, and that boosts damage by quite a lot. e5e5 isnt good for tierstack melee, as the reason why its good for heavy melee is because its a massive amount of damage boost, but courage would get more effective dps because your attacking more

 

Thank you for helping me, does the -543 health regen have a dramatic effect on combat along with the negative health steal?

 

The negative health regen gets countered by the +173% health regen which nullifies it. And the life steal is so little that it barely makes a difference.

If you want to you can swap out some pieces to get more lifesteal. But with okr you should be fine.

you will have courage and super fast for more dps and you can keep double vision for fun (tho prowess+dsolar neck would make it way better)
