Warrior/Knight Help Need Help Pls :d | With Weapons And That

I am currently level 68 warrior and I dont know what I am doing at this point anymore. I have currently been playing on and off because there is almost nothing to do except for farming. I dont know if I should be going for better items and I dont know what powders I should be putting on my items. If you could give me some advice that'd be pretty nice :)

Conc x2
Foam Bracer
Willpower

T4 water powders on chosen spear

 

Okay. Do you know the level ranges for those weapons so I know to keep them when I find them? Also, I didnt see a class build section :p
