Warrior/Knight Help Need help comprehending idol builds

I just recently got an idol, and was trying to find builds online for the mythic. For the life of me, I cannot find a build/skill tree that works on wynnbuilder, and also cannot figure out how to play with idol to do some of the builds (massive damage on charge, or uppersurfing). Was wondering if I could get any assistance on skilltree/playstyles with idol, and how to efficiently use the weapon such as skill rotations.

Also, I do not know if the wynntils quick casting is an effecient way to spam for warrior, and was wondering if there are other/more efficient methods. I can never seem to get my spell inputs to go as fast as im seeing online.
