Need Help Cant Use Reasource Pack

After awhile of playing wynncraft using stairs for weapons got boring and i tried every thing to fix it updating launcher deleting the legacy file every thing and i wish i could enjoy the reasource pack but it get to a hundred % and just stops and its getting on my nerves pls help

Have you tried pressing esc when it after it reaches 100%? It works for me whenever server resourcepacks reach 100% and don't exit that screen.

Because you haven't told us what your OS is, I'm going to suggest that you read this official Minecraft forum post, Tutorials/Loading a resource pack. See if anything in there helps you.

 

i tryed both dident work

and the server reasource pack not working so that doesnt help very much
