    So I don't know a lot about builds but I would be glad if someone recommended me a good cheap build for level 60+! And I'm asking this because I'm not the richest person (I have few stacks of LE)

    You shouldnt really have a build at level sixty much less start buying gear bc its going to be useless to you 5 or so levels from now. My best advice is just have in mind a build for later in game and slowly build upon that based on gear you find.
