Buying Need Any Weapon That's Not Junk

Hello! I"m level 34, and recently dropped my Legacy of Detlas while fighting mobs. It despawned...
Anyways, now I"m stuck with a Level 28 common whacker that does 15-20 damage. It takes me 14-ish hits to kill most normal mobs (not counting Meteor). I NEED a better wand.
I'm willing to spend up to 15 EB. I would prefer to meet in Almuj, Detlas, or Nemract, although I can teleport to Ragni and Selchar if you must.
