    Hi. I'm looking for a water build for my assassin, mostly spell-spam with good damage.

    Right now my build is a mish-mashed water/ws but I'm really not satisfied with the damage and willing to take out the ws part.

    Third Eye
    Dreamcloud
    Sagittarius
    Memento

    Royal Stormy Amulet
    Follow The Wind
    Reminder
    Stratus

    Rewind

    I can do LI and Hive items, if there is a substitute, i'd love to hear it.
