Buying Need A Replacement

I recently dropped my Ethereal without noticing (Yeah, i fucking get it, i screwed up)
So, i want to get a replacement, the ids were 34% spell damage with 3/4s mana regen, if i can get another one like that OR better, then i'm willin to buy it, however, price has to be reasonable. And if you happen to have a good lunar spine, -18% or less negative water damage with high spell damage will be good.
