Mage/Dark Wizard Need A New Build For Level 100 Mage

I'm in need of a build for level 100 mage. I'd like it to have good spell damage and mana regen or steal. My budget is around 1.5 stacks, a little more if needed, I'm not really looking to spend too much.

Ring: Moon pool circlet
Bracelet: anything really
Necklace: Royal stormy amulet
Hive wand, or something better
Try to get maxed mana regen and intelligence for each piece of armor or accessory.
Yea this build isn't that good...

Swap chestplate for Boreal Patterened Aegis if possible, you don't need the mana regen from Aqua
Ethereal, Lunar Spine, and Requiem all work as weapons
As long as you end up with ~10/4 mana regen you're able to spell spam pretty well if you do it correctly and have good int

 

Here's mine. Pretty useful for ToA, hive and helping people at Legendary Island. But not strong enough for Qira and Orange Wybel (solo)
