Mage/Dark Wizard Need a Monster Arcanist build

I'm looking for something well balanced with high damage, maybe spellspammy and tanky, just something overall great with Monster as an Arcanist.

- no crafteds
- budget: 50 LE (other cheap mythics are fine if needed, but I currently own no mythics except for monster so they should be in budget)
+ items from LI, EO, Hive etc. are fine

The build should be able to handle TNA well. Thanks in advance!
