Need A Mod's Help

StuffRice has asked me to help him with an issue involving his horse. He was riding it on a balcony and his horse despawned, at the same time, the summoning item for his horse disappeared. He had a tier 2 Chestnut horse. Is there any way he can get it back without having to do the whole process over again?

 

1. That's BS Chestnut is Tier 3
