Mage/Dark Wizard Help Need A Lv 100 Build

Honestly it doesn't really matter what build. Ive tried and failed to make decent builds but they dont really seem to work out.

Some weapons they could preferably be centered around are Nepta, Cascade, Morrowwind, Hive, or any other good weapon I don't know of. I'm looking for a decently high meteor dmg build that can sustain itself and maybe solo EO but otherwise has good survivability.

Budget should be around 10 le (not including dungeon gear I can get that)

no ornate shadow, no legendary island
2 mana cost 16.7k meteors
10 mr + 2 ms

 

are there any alternatives to ornate shadow or LI items?

are there better accessories I could use? I feel like megabyte would also work but im not sure about the necklace.

 

i used these accessories to reach 129 intel for 2 mana meteors
megabyte doesnt give +intel

 

Event Horizon build: swap ornate for aquamarine, it's ok i guess
for accessories, ring can become finesse or yang, bracelet can become binding brace or enmity, necklace is kinda crucial for +1 tier, but royal shocking could work

Nepta Floodbringer Build: swap ornate for soul signal or smth, kinda alright
accessories, change rings to one MPC and one yang or myrhh, bracelet to prognosticum, necklace to royal stormy

Judas Build: ornate hat to myelin
gold static brace to binding brace

Morrowind Build: diamond hydro to royal stormy or smth
