Need a little tip about my Assassin build

Hello, so I use this build as an Assassin: https://wynndata.tk/s/qocem1

And it's great, but I have the issue of -100 health per second cause of the chestplate and dagger. Any ideas what I could change to fix this?

I'm level 82.

But something that works pretty well is champions set like this:

Only hold the dagger in combat, greed and potions will keep you healed in combat. I would swap your boots and leggings for something your level
