Shaman/Skyseer Help Need a level 73 summoner build

Hi, I'm currently having quite a hard time doing quest,
Anyone could recommend a build for me, Thanks a lot.

You don’t need to beat temple of legends in order to obtain or use purified helmet of legends, you can just progress up until the point where you get it and then move on to other things. You don’t even need to start the quest in order to use it if you’ve gotten it on a different class.
