Assassin/Ninja Need A Chakram Build For Level 70 Based On Dex Or Thunder Damage

i need help finding a assassin build using chakram for level 70 would prefer 1 - 2 LE price

i just spent like 2 hours working on this its built for damage and health could have more elemental defense its negative in all but the damage and health are so good it makes up for it damage might be a lie cause i haven't measure against other sets but the health is the best
