Necropost?

Okay so why is necro post bad i am curous
i posted in new thread as i didnt want to necro-post or hijack a post but i saw a few good suggestions that i cant give input on as it is necro posting and i have some ideas but i cant voice them as necro-posting isnt allowed so my question is how do we give feedback and ideas on old threads with good ideas that one might want to support

It's bad because it brings a dead thread that hasn't been touched in a while, back to the top of the thread list.
Also, if you necropost in the trade market, the OP of the thread might not be selling the item on the thread anymore, or they might not need the items they want to buy anymore. Or, the OP of the thread went inactive

I don't understand Wynncraft's necroposting rule neither.
I understand if thread is actually dead, but seeing mods lock relevant threads that have been bumped seems unnecessary.
Why shouldn't people be able to bump threads that haven't been posted in a while if information in there is still valid!? Creating a new thread, with the exact same topic is unnecessary.
