Shaman/Skyseer Narcissist shaman build?

I think that the new relic's major ID is really cool and I'm wondering if there's anyway to make a good build out of it?

 

Not shure if this has enough ehp considering it litterally draws enemies towards you but it deals a crap ton of damage so.......

It’s damage is subpar and it’s major id can be a double edged sword..

Either this things a cactus item or it needs some buffs :P
