Mythic Wand Pure - No Slots?

I was comparing Pure with the Lunar Spine and some other wands to figure out what will work for my build and I realized the Pure doesn't have any slots... (in the images I found)

Is it just the image I saw, or does it really have no slots?

 

It really does have no slots, otherwise when powders come out think of how overpowered it'll be even though it's already insanely overpowered now

 

what do slots even mean?

 

Just as a side note it is called Pure. I guess it means it cannot be 'upgraded', the wand will always be pure.

 

Slots are for powders.
