The pirates seem to be having peace with the humans, but what about the starving sailors? they could be more to what we know about the goblins and their disguises like "humans" and "pirates"

 

The pirates seem to be having peace so we won't figure out that its disguised , when I attacked the pirates ,the goblins appeared to attack , so pirates are peaceful just to cover their disguise
Starving sailors are ... I don't really know since there aren't much info about them

 

I notice the fact that they are 'angry' goblins, but why are theyre starving sailors? I know we dont know anything about them but they could be a secret of the pirates, that theyre trying to detain the "real" humans living here




EDIT: I will try killing the starving sailors if they drop something suspicous enough. All i found was a dusty rum bottle from the retired buccaneer but they're is something wierd going on here on this island
