    I talked to one citizen NPC who said an avos had build a house on ground level, I went looking and found it.

    If you go inside, you trigger a tripwire and this guy spawns behind you.

    When you talk to him, he disappears...

    It might have something to do with the building it's next to, but I couldn't find anything in that either.
