My Skill Points That I Can Use And The Amount That I Have Doesn't Add Up

Hi, so i got a new item (im quite low level being 40) and i needed dexterity to be 20, since i usually focus on strength, defence and intelligence, i didn't spend much on dexterity, so i refunded all my points so i can get it but then i realised that i had to click dexterity 4 times until it actually upgraded once, i was allowed to use 78 points but all my used points only added up to 70

you probably have an item equipped with negative skill points id

 

this has happened multiple times including when i took my armor off so idk, i tried refunding skill points 4 times and it would just be the same thing everytime, the points dont add up

 

when you put 1 skill point in just one element, it says nothing. when u put 2 that when it says 1. I had that happened to me. don't worry it just looks like it no glitch, stop wasting skill points on this.
