My Skill Points Keep Changing Mysteriously!

How or why are my skill points (i allocated them once and left them as is) changing? I was looking up something in the compass menu and noticed i had a ton in agility but i didnt recall devoting that much to agility (50), why would I since i had a mage build in mind of def/intell. I just wavived it off as some mistake i made..... Then After a quest, and levelling up one, I looked to allocate my 2 skill pts, and saw my skill points shifted mysteriously to less in agility and more into intl and defence. I hadnt put my 2 pts. Yet.
Help!

 

Your armor might be increasing/decreasing your skill points because some armor give skill points as a bonus

 

Somewhere, in another thread, and I've been reading too much to remember which one, I believe it was Salted who said that the armor/weapon effects would be added to the skill points showing in the compass. It may have been in the 14.0.2 update. (Don't quote on those numbers, as the forum's are acting weird for me.) So, yes, @LikelyLo probably hit this nail on the head as to why your skill points appear to be magically changing; it's because they actually are doing just that.
