    What the- First I get a tier 1 crate (not festival) randomly, then I no longer have "HERO" displayed on the forums? It says I have it on stats, so why not here? It was before anyway...

    Try going to https://forums.wynncraft.com/account/personal-details , scroll down, and hit rank sync.

    as for the crate, someone might have bought it, or claimed the free monthly in your name (check if trying to claim monthly just reloads the store page, that means its been claimed within the past 30 days)
