My Questions...

What's with the dungeon keys? People say you can buy them but I can't find the seller.
Why do I have to wait additional minutes on loot chests?

 

You used to be able to buy them, not sure if it was changed.
There is a cooldown to chests when you join a server to prevent people from going to a tier four chest and just switching servers to get ten of those.

 

Ummm, is Commander Visbe bugged? I can't seem to find him. He is supposed to spawn at -1990 -5014 Outside Llevigar but he won't spawn

 

Skeleton Dgen key Mechsnt used to be outside Ragni's north gate, just down the road.
Spider Dgen Key merchant is in Tree Village on the south side of Nivla Forest (forest is east of Ragni)
Animal Dgen Key Merchant is near the Relic Hunter NPC
Silverfish Dgen Key merchant is inside Wynn Excavation Site A building.

*not sure if they are still there since I haven't looked since post-Gavel.

Visbe, if that is his name, usually spawns at those coordinates , right inside that orc camp. I've found him just before going down the steps. He hangs out within the walls but not down the cave.

 

The skeleton key merchant is still there. I have never found any of the other ones.
I check for Visbe at the camp, he didn't spawn at all. If you wouldn't mind going for those coords in Llevigar, I'd appreciate it. If you do find him, I'd like his head :3

 

Unfortunately the heads untradeable, i think. I won't be in Llevigar today. Perhaps you could post in the "Questions" section of the Forums about the orc leader spawning....

 

I would complain about light theme, but pink is adorbsss.

 

The dungeon keys can be seen on the map. But here are the locations:
Skeleton Dungeon - Two key merchants. One is close to the dungeon, the other is on the Emerald Trail.
Spider Dungeon - The Nivla Village
Animal Dungeon - Halfway down into the lake around the animal dungeon.
Zombie Dungeon - In Saint's Row Graveyard, requires completion of Sayleros' Brother Quest.
Silverfish Dungeon - Inside the WynnExcavation Site A ruins.

With Visbe, it means he is inside a cave. To find him, go out of Llevigar and you will see a cave behind the ponds on the right. Unless I've mixed up two different orcs, Visbe is in the cave.

 

So one says outside the cave and one says inside, I checked and he doesn't spawn at all. I got these Sugha axe heads. That might actually be the Sugha camp but I'm not sure.

EDIT: I think you might be right about the keys. Post gavel I remember the animal key merchant

 

Yep, that's a completely different quest. The cave should contain one of the three orc leaders from the quest. If not, then you're looking at a different cave, because I remember that the axe heads came from a camp, not a cave.
And those are the locations, they're shown on the map and I've been past all of them since Gavel because quests take you past all of the key merchants you need. And they haven't changed since Gavel either.

 

Thanks! I eventually found the actual camp. I was using the wrong coords I think.

 

I checked my notes on this Quest: Clearing the Camps where you collect 3 different chief heads. "Kill orc chieftans Elak (cave by right side of Levigar exit), Dolg (-2160, -4786) (just outside Llevigar, head a little northwest towards blue wool camp), and Visbe (-1990, -5014 camp which is north of Star Thief NPC building/ the giant map).
