Don't be rude, you should be asking why he wants it, there might be an actually good reason he wants it reset(Probably not but still).

I think he's saying that he changed his username or got a new account and to wipe his old account.
Doesn't really matter either way.

 

I am sorry, but we do not reset certain individual's player data.
What you could do, instead, is do the command /class, and simply start a new character!

No offense, but I don't think a staff member will have time to delete a players data. Just start a new class.
