Assassin/Ninja My Op Assassin Build

this is my assassin build that is incredibly op
Crossroad killer (cause it is in my opinion the best dagger for assassins around lv 70)
helmet-mask of hate (20% thunder damage is op)
chest plate-mummies rag (+2 attack speed)
leggings-electro charged grieves (+2 attack speed)
boots-heartbreak (10% thunder damage, +1 attack speed)
accessories: doesn't really matter

You will have to rely on your melee damage and your spells will only do about 2-3k per spin attack
you will do average of 2k to 3.5k melee damage at very fast attack speed. Skill points doesn't really matter.
you just need to have at least 100 skill points in dexterity.
Bad things about this build..
-Health. you will have very low health with this build
-Health regen. You will probably have a negative health regen
-Spell damage. Very low spell damage.

Still little to no survivability, so not very "op".

i believe its a lvl 70ish build not an endgame
