My List Of Questions!

Hi everyone! Recently started playing Wynn, long story short I had a warrior, and lost all my items due to that bug, not a big deal I decided to start a new character with the xp and made a mage. :)
I realized by the time I had everything I needed to finish a quest, I was 3-5 levels above it and decided to skip questing this weekend all together. Now here I am, level 45 sitting in Llevigar, with many questions. So any help and advice would be fantastic!!

1) I've searched around for builds for a mage and nothing really seems up to date, is 70 int 70 def and rest str viable? 1b) What about items that require str/agi/dex early on? 1c) Should I ignore those items?
2) Also, what stats should I look for on my armor/staff? I'm currently using full adventurer set for the xp bonus, and I don't recall the staff but it's normal attack speed with like 20-40 neutral, and 20-40 water damage with 12% water damage, and 5% spell damage. 2b) Should I focus on an element/ which one? 2c) Do I need exploding lifesteal, manasteal, or what would be overall most beneficial?
3) I see, a lot, and I mean A LOT of people talking about bob this, that, and the other. I just got the quest for Bob's Lost Soul, and it requires 3 people, I have 0 friends who play, would attempting to get a group for the quest be reccomended? 3b) Do I need something from it later on for the bob's legendary items?
4) I have only found one dye, I think it's green it adds +1 thorns or damage I believe? 4b) Should I worry about dyes right now? 4c) If so, where can I find/farm more? Are there other types of dyes? Are they different or just stronger?
5) Is there like an open auction house, or players selling items I can look at for upgrades n what not? 5b) If so, where is it? Specific server / town?
Extra note not really question: I'm starting tomorrow when I get home from work, from levels 1-45 like I said I've done a quest here and there, are there any that I should backtrack and do for future ones, or just for utility like I unlocked the bank in that desert town through a quest.

3. Do that at the end of the quest not when you are just collecting things, 3b) It allows you into the tomb I think and you require the crushed soul.
4. Dyes/Powders are ATM useless until a new update. When they do become useful you can go to relic shrines that give powders daily. (Insert the relic forum link thing here)
5. By "Open Auction house" You can either go to the Trade thread or you can I think goto Detlas/Cinfras server 1 and there should be people auctioning.
6. Do all the quests because they give you good amount of xp and you may possibly need to do them for future quests.
(Own thing) This is almost exactly the same as a thread from a while ago.

 

Ok, thank you! I was really worried about only having the one dye lol. But it's time for me to quest I suppose! Lol, if I have more questions I think I'll continue on this thread and just edit my first post though. :D
