Render My First Render :p

I got blender recently, and I realized its really hard to use XD I got this minecraft rig... and tried to make a render. here is how it turned out.

Please note, the sun was 2d, so I put 2 of them together to make it simulate a 3d object.
I sound so smart...

Great render! This is a whole ton better than what i did for my first render.... XD making renders will start getting easier as you make more and more (but the lighting will be just as difficult, well for me it has been difficult)
And What rig is that? Its really plain, i suggest rigs that have the eyes put a little bit inside the head and eyebrows extruded:
Dam you can get alot of sexy lookin rigs for blender for FREE. All de good rigs for cinema 4d are payed so i always gotta borrow my friends stuff
Sorry if that rig might be complicated, i use cinema 4d (cracked, heh lol) blender.

 

I liked it, but you could shade the grass more . The grass looks unshaded.

it's steve so he doesn't need to make advanced eyes. If it had a skin, you would be right.
idk why but blender fudging doesn't work for me. i cri everi tiem ;-;

 

When i use steve i add advanced eyes, i add advanced eyes to everything unless the eyes on the skin is different then the normal minecraft eye shape. Also google steve render
If blender doesnt work, join cinema 4d and lets rule the galaxy

 

i dont have any rigs and 4d is bought only

I do have a better rig, Its just harder to use so I tried to use this one first :P Ill try using that rig to see if its easier to use than the one im using right now. thanks

Also, the render is nice, I like the camera angle.

If you wanna improve the render you should focus on the lighting a bit more, use the shadows to your advantage!

 

On and off, not had the motivation to do any so far.
