Multiple Powder Abilities

im sure this has been answered before but I didn't find it. If I were to put two sets of two T4+ powders of different colors to gain the special abilities on my armor, could I have both? Or if not what determines which I get, is it just the first I add or would it be the last set i add?

-side note
If you have different powder specials on different pieces of armor can you use more then one special at once then?

You only get 1 of them, the first you add I believe.

 

No first pair is the only applied special
Yes, but armour powder specials only affect the element of the ability
Ex: rage only affects eartg

 

u can get one special per armor piece or weapon
