What a coincidence that I was trying to make a morrowind build earlier today and I made this. I'm gonna test going water dex air later and see what that gives me.
This thing can spell spam with spells 1 and 3, and loses a bit of mana if 3 and 4.

I didn't think that using boreal crown would intead of abyss imbued as the master hive piece would make a better build, I decided to make this a non li build for people who can't get a diamond item in li. Has a bit more hp, but slightly less dps. Basically same build.
