Monthly crate not going into cart

    I have been trying to collect my free crate and all it does is show the loading arrows, but never gets put into my cart to finish the transaction. I can click on other paid crates and they will get added to my cart. Why is this happening? I've tried submitting a bug report, but that link just sends me to a page that say "Wynncraft error- forums The requested forum could not be found."

    I've only been playing for about 2 months, but when I got my first free chest the tab wasn't highlighted anymore so I couldn't even click on it, and it stayed that way for a number of weeks. I guess I'll just keep an eye on it. thanks.
