Money Making Tips/white Horse

I really want a White Horse but don't have the money to buy one (Didn't 71le use to be enough!) so I would really appreciate some tips on either making money or if 71le is enough to get a white horse the old fashion way.

70 le is enough for a 1/40

How to be rich/Ways of getting money:

You can use the reef near Selchar if you don't want to kill mobs

Freezing Heights with a good Loot Set, Loot Bonus affect emerald drop if I'm not wrong.

Loot chest run. (Claim your daily reward too)

High level quests

Sell a mythic

There are other ways, but these are the main ways that I can think of
