Molten Men

My (former) guild mates have been telling me that killing mobs called "Molten Men" are a good way to grind xp. I've tried searching for info on it but I'm getting unrelated threads. Where can I find the cave containing these mobs?

Being near the gate of Molten Heights, this grinding spot is really good for mid-level 80’s, due to the spawn rate, two sections that summons mobs almost equally, and easy to access from Eltom (visit there once to respawn there when you die, so you can get back to the spot easily). Water weapons would come in use while grinding here.
Since the CotL is a COMPLICATED place, it's pretty hard to find anything around here.
Here's a nudge to the right direction:

1. Get to Thesead
2. Go to the billboard that says "Lower Canyon". Go down the path.
3. If memory serves: Go left from there. At the right you will see the gate to Molten Heights. Search around the opposite side of it and you fill probably find a cave, with the entrance scorched.
