Can mods and admins view messages between players?


AND 3000TH POST! Do I get a reward?

 

I know for sure admins can but they have to want to, like they can't just see it randomly, they have to seek out the message on the console. I don't know if they have a command in game though.

 

It depends on what messages you are talking about.

If you mean pm's on forums, then I think so.

If you mean in-game, it maybe possible but not likely mainly because we've seen mods record their screens and we don't see /msg convos on their screen other than the mod chat, however they maybe a toggle feature to it.

 

It is possible to see messages between players in the game, that are sent as private messages.
Usually activated by a command for specific people (otherwise they would be spammed with useless private messages)

yes moderators can see your messages in game, not sure about forums tho.
