Missing Sayleros' Brother's Ashes after completing Grave Digger

I recently completed the Grave Digger quest, and I noticed that I was supposed to get an item called "Sayleros' Brother's Ashes. However, I didn't get the item in in my inventory. Here's a list of some details:

• I've checked my bank, but didn't find anything in there
• I have no other characters except for my mage, so no other inventories to check
• I tried the /fixquests command, both right after the quest and after I left the server and rejoined another world
• My inventory was not full at the time
  
• The quest no longer appears in my quest book, so I 100% did complete it

Does anyone know how to fix this? I really don't want to put in the time to get another character to do that quest only to delete it right after. I know the ashes are important to another quest later in the game so it's a bit concerning that this is a bug.

 

I also had this problem when I finished that quest, however I blew it off until I needed it. Once I got to the point where I needed it /fixquests worked, so I would recommend waiting for a while to see if it works later.

 

Sayleros' Brother's Ashes alongside other quest items that were required for the Temple of the Legends quest have been officially removed from the game alongside the reqs needed for that quest.

 

You don't need them anymore.
