    I did the quest "An Iron Heart I" a while ago so I accidently threw the Mechanical Reactor

    I need it now for part 2, anyone knows how to get it back?

    Just go back to the last npc of the Part I quest and he will give you a spare one. (If not, you may have to kill Madeleine again - I did that first and he gave me one).
