Misadventure On The Sea Glitch

After countless times in the amount of 30 minutes I had and have attempted to do my part of "Talk to Honip on the deck to get your next task" every attempt I made for this was resulted in "`ey soldier. Enjoying The Ride?" I've been looking for solutions many times and have attempted to look around a bit for Honip and did eventually find him but he kept saying that dialogue over and over and over again and it is very frustrating and I have killed myself, respawned went back to the ship but I don't really see anything that has helped me yet and as well as restarting my game, I would like to get some suggestions on this as I am out of options.

 

I would try to retrace your steps from the beginning of the quest, see if perhaps maybe there's a update trigger that was missed? If that doesn't work, then you might be out of luck and will need to submit a bug report

 

I have done this but it seems nothing really works or triggers something, I believe Honip, was glitched and teleported in two places at once then was teleported back to the top and then stuck thinking I have not completed something, as I have multiple times and attempted, I've also interacted with other NPC's and it seem nothing comes of it and will submit a bug-report, Thank you for the suggestion.
