Mining Refinery Near Ragni?

I can't seem to find a Mining Refinery near/in Ragni. There is a cluster of the other refineries, including a Fishing one, east of the city, but the mining one isn't there.

 

i think there is all 4 refinary on ragni side of detlas

there's 2 side one side have mining&woodcutting
otherside have farming&fishing

 

I believe there's a mining refinery on the emerald trail (path to Nivla forest) it's next to another refinery farming I think) and close to the crafting spots on the emerald trail.

This should be in the questions subforum though (in Wynncraft section there's a link to it at the top)

 

The one in the Tutorial Area, but you can't really access it now

 

There are all 4 refineries along Emerald trail, which you exit from east of Ragni.
Also all 4 refineries at Detlas Suburbs, which is west exit from Detlas.
