Minecraft Skin

Hey guys, I saw a cool skin the other day, and I really wanted it, but I couldn't find it anywhere. It was a cool black and white skin, but the hat over top of it made it look cool, because it wat white had over black skin color, which made it kind of "shimmer" (for lack of a better word). If anyone knew anything about it, that would be great, thanks!

So what you mean is a grey shading template with a hat?

 

Well I think his skin had a black skin, but every other pixel on the hat was white, and the others were clear.
