Meteor Neutral Damage

So, I was trying out Nepta Floodbringer with this equipment, but when I tried it out, my meteors are only dealing water damage, while there should be around 2,4k neutral damage from raw spell damage:

Does somebody know the reason for this? Is this a bug or do I miss something?

 

This is because floodbringer only has water damage, so tis wand does onder any circumstances not deal neutral dmg. Np

 

That's a visual glitch. Raw Spell damage is affected to your damage anyway.
If you have only elemental damage from your weapon and have raw spell damage at the same time, raw spell damage does not appear on the indicator, somehow.
Try matching up the mob's taken damage, and indicator's Water + your raw spell damage. Don't forget Raw spell's value is multiplied by your spell multiplier (Meteor: 400%).
