Messed Up Fate Of The Fallen Quest

When i had to defend the portal in the Fate Of The Fallen quest, i fell into the pit of lava when the bridge was destroyed. Almost dead and with seamingly no way back up, i did /kill.
But then i respawned back in Ternaves and found no way to continue the quest line!
I tried going back to the temple of time, but i didn't get tp-ed, i also tried talking with Telvu again but he had nothing to say, nor did he teleport me again :/ i realy want to continue the quest to level up and be able to do the dungeon of course, but i can't find a way to do so.

 

You can get another Theorick's Staff and walk to Time Valley (Telvu's teleport won't work a second time). Enter the giant door at the west end of Time Valley, which should bring you back to the time travel room.
