this build sucks
even able to solo qira

i'll customise one for you :) focusing more on tankiness than damage and base on your original design

Chestplate of Ineptitude
Hive Leggings (GoV if you don't have master voucher)
Heart Breaker (+1 tier is great)

2x Ring of Fire (good fire dmg)
Dupiblaze (Hive Fire Shop + 12)
Clock Amulet (1 clock item +15% fire bonus also elemental defence)

Flameshot (+3 tier now its normal speed)

note that jester set only add raw melee bonus its not as good as melee %
also don't have to worry much about mana regen coz you hv mana steal and you don't hv to spam spin attack a lot so its ok :)
