Buying Melee And/or Earth Damage Boots - Can Barter!

So I lost my Humbark Moccasins. Those aren't replaceable. So... if you have any good melee/earth damage boots, let me know. If there's a perfect, please say so. Requirements:
- 90-100 level range, preferably 90-95
- Works with min/max earth/fire build
- Has a good amount of str bonus
- Within budget of 1.5 stacks - i'm freaking poor and it could easily be wasted on a mythic spear
