Me, Myself And I

I'm new to the forums, so I guess I probably should introduce myself.

Spoiler: Introduction

I was born in Australia, and I've always lived here (apart from when I go on holiday). I don't remember much of my childhood, but I've always loved games since I was small. The first games I ever played were special to me, and I believe that my passion for video games has started since I was quite young.

During my childhood, I experienced some hardships. One in particular, was when I had to leave my first primary school. Making new friends would be difficult, and I thought at the time that I'd be quite lonely. However, new friends emerged, and as I spent more time with them I was no longer lonely or sad. I'm forever grateful to those friends who helped me when I was new to the school.

Those particular people were actually the ones who introduced me to Minecraft. I can't remember the exact date as to when I started, but for me it's always been a lot of fun. That's how this story ties in with this introduction.

One day, I realised that LAN worlds weren't the only thing you could access in the 'Multiplayer' Tab...

I immediately became addicted to servers, especially prison servers. In my opinion, playing with others is much more interesting than playing just with yourself, as it gives you a chance to interact with others and become friends.

So, why have I come here?

I was introduced to this server by accident, and it reminded me strangely of an old minecraft RuneScape server that I once played on.

So I decided to give it a shot...Within minutes, I had reached Ragni. It had already seemed amazing how much detail was put into the world, as well as the quests and content. Nivla Woods was the first challenge for me, resulting in 6 deaths and a load of tears. Nevertheless, I still wanted to know/explore more of this server and I still haven't finished this quest :)

It's a server that has an unique touch to it that no other server has. It's actually amazing how much can be done within Minecraft itself, and the creation of an entire MMORPG has led me to reconsider Minecraft's potential.

And now, here we are. The present. I don't know what's going to happen in the future, but I can't wait to see. Being in this community has benefits of its own, but to be able to participate and share our ideas across the server is fantastic.
