Max Possible Xp. From A Quest

I got bored. Decided to try and figure out the max amount of Xp. you can get from a single quest with all possible benefits added. Really easy... No idea why I made at thread.
If I get anything wrong please point it out so I can fix it.
Parts that are red are parts that I am not sure of.

Spoiler: Legit max possible quest xp. (Only possible with mage)

So here are the numbers I will be using:
Quest with highest xp given: "The Hive" 1,250,000 Xp from completion.
Znight's potion: 15% Xp. bonus.
Double Xp weekend + bomb + Youtuber(500%): 800% Xp. bonus.
Max xp bonus set: 252% bonus. From @Anony Person's set list. (http://tinyurl.com/hrgvl4v)
1250000 + (1250000 X 10.67) = 13,337,500 Xp.
Which is enough to go from Lvl 80 to Lvl 84 and 10.1%, Or from Lvl 1 to Lvl 74 and 10.6%. (For the Xp. it requires to level up I used this chart: https://forums.wynncraft.com/threads/the-official-xp-chart.120142/).

1250000 + (1250000 X 11.79) = 15,987,500 Xp.
Which is enough to go from Lvl 80 to Lvl 84 and 88.7% or from Lvl 1 to lvl 77 and 81.9%. (same chart as before)

Yeah... I have no idea why I made this...

 

but i heard people went from 82 to 92 with qira

 

Then I have to figure out where I went wrong.

 

There's a quest level scaling, the XP you receive from quests alter based on the level you turned it in. When I turned in Tower of Ascension at level 77, I only leveled up 1.5 times. When I turned it in at level 60, I went straight to level 73 (I even had more XP Bonus because Papyrus when I was level 77).

 

I lvl up 80 to 89 in txp on my assasin ._. Can You explain how?
