    uhm its not worth 2stx actaully nice that 3 manaregen but the hpr and hpr% is meh so 2stx is overpriced

    The hps are both pretty good, this is by no means a godly boreal but I believe 2 stx is a very fair price for a boreal with max mr and near max ws and not bad regens. Although yes HP the most important stat mana regen is also another important stat
