Master Voucher deleted

I lost the Master Voucher from the Qira Hive quest. After completing the quest, I no longer had the voucher, which meant I couldn’t obtain any items from the shop. Since getting a new voucher requires already having an item from the shop, I’m now stuck and unable to access anything.

Is there any way to recover or receive the Master Voucher after completing the quest, even if it’s already gone and I didn’t get any shop items?

 

Hopefully I'm not pulling this from nowhere, but I vaguely remember being able to turn 10 master catalysts into 1 voucher... at least I think I did that once, and maybe once with another division..?

Uh unfortunately if that's true, that means you gotta fight her 10 times... but hey :D I could help ya out if you want LOL

 

Yes. You have to beat the boss of that division 10 times, then go to the transmutation merchant.
