SPOILER Mass Teleportation Bug, Server Is Down. What Do I Do? (please Read)

Many of you would’ve probably figured out by now, there is a pretty serious bug going on that teleports all players on the server in some quest regions. Some trolls are also abusing this bug to teleport everyone on the server just to get a few laughs.

The mods, devs, and CTs have already noticed this and are working hard to fix it. So there is no need to send in more bug reports. The mods are also going around banning players that purposely set off the teleports to troll, so there's that.




So, what can you do now?

- Avoid doing these bugged quests: Memory Paranoia, A Grave Mistake, Stable Story, and ???.

- Report bug abusers. If you see anyone or know anyone purposely going into the bugged quest regions to set off the teleport, do /report to alert any mods that are online. You can also record a video to help the staff find these abusers. Don't report innocent players who accidentally stumbled into these broken quest regions, though.

- Log out of Wynncraft for now. You can opt to temporarily stop playing on the server until the bug is fixed and the troublemakers are banned.

EDIT: Great news! The broken quests have already been fixed on the build server(it was an issue with command blocks). All it needs now is a CMD to fix the same broken command blocks in the lobby and a map push from the developers. After that, the quests should be doable and there shouldn't be anymore random teleporting.
Also, the mods are still watching for potential bug abusers, so don't even try. Stay safe my bruddas

EDIT 2: Did you get an error message along the lines of “You are already logged in”, or just simply can’t connect? That’s a server-side issue thats seperate from the teleport bug. Give the developers some time to fix it all, so it can never happen again. For now, please be patient.

The quest isn't House of Twain it's Grave Mistake that is tp'ing.

Hope the CT, mods, and devs fix this bug ASAP.. It's really annoying having to do /kill or use a scroll just because a few trolls want to purposefully abuse this glitch.

I bought 96 deltas scrolls and give them to people when we all get teleported :D

Something that I've noticed a lot is that the majority of people are getting stuck in this one house in the quest "A Grave Mistake" (probably because of Detlas and all). A lot of unknowing people when they escape the room try to open a door to let everyone out of the room everyone is stuck in.

The problem here is that this door triggers a command block which teleports everyone back inside the room.

Something I can suggest is that if you are available and want to catch people abusing the glitch at "A Grave Mistake", you can first try to get out of the room. Once you successfully get out of the room, you block the door from the outside with your horse or something to prevent people from abusing or accidentally triggering the glitch. (Credit goes to Icymockingjay24 for being the first person to block the door with their horse). The rate of the glitch going off actually died down when someone was blcoking the door. So maybe someone can block the door on each server until the mods fix this problem?

Also, it is important to notify everyone not to touch that door on "A Grave Mistake" if you read this post. Spread the word!

Well i made a bug report bout it ( The builders worksite tp's everyone in the lobby )

 

Another thing I can mention are "safe spots". A lot of Wynn isn't safe from being teleported into "A Grave Mistake" when the glitch is triggered. A person stuck in "A Grave Mistake" also mentioned that they were teleported while on the boat fast travel to Selchar. I have no idea if Llevigar is safe from being teleported to "Memory Paranoia". One other thing that happened was that half the people stuck in "A Grave Mistake" were somehow teleported to "Memory Paranoia" when the glitch there was activated. I am glad to say there are some regions though where you are safe from being teleported.

While AFK on my Archer in Thesead, the "Memory Paranoia" glitch went off but I wasn't teleported. This probably means that the canyons are a safe region from this glitch. This also might mean that farther away regions like Ahmsord and Rodoroc are safe aswell. Maybe even the Hive is safe. Anyway, here is a general summary of what I know.

Possibly Unsafe Regions:

• Llevigar Area
• Light Forest?
• Selchar?
• Dead Island?

• Gavel Canyons
• Thesead
• Bantisu Temple
• Thanos
• Ozoth's Spire
