Assassin/Ninja Help Manna Build

I want a build for this dagger:
I want it to be decent with both melee and spells (mainly smokebomb), at least 8k health and 6/4s mana regen (when holding weapon), no negative lifesteal/health regen and some agility (around 40, can also be defense if you want to use Gaea-Hewn Boots or something but I'd prefer agility). If possible no negative walk speed but that might be hard.
Also, please tell me where to find corrupted silverfish key guardians if you know.

reqs are 75/20/65/20/0

but remember that stardust, vaward and paradox give a ton of skill points

you should end up with something like
90/25/70/25/whatever you have left

put 2 t4 + 1 t5 or 2 t5 + 1 t3 earth

To make the slow attack speed normal. In terms of dps, the amount gained by changing to it outweighs the amount lost.

Well with my build spamming spin attack is viable because if you get your mana low enough, you can get the % bonus from concentrate. Aside from that I agree that spell spamming is a bad idea.

 

You could use mummy's rag to go from slow to fast attack speed.
